Again today, President Obama had to publicly denounce Rush Limbaugh and FoxNews in his meeting with Republicans on the Hill.  What a class act!  The President of the United States should not be criticizing individuals or private companies or networks.  You never saw President Bush deride MSNBC, CNN, or any of the other liberal leaning networks.  He was truly a class act, never once did he fight back against his critics (maybe that was part of his low approval ratings), he knew in his heart what he thought was right and did not care what others in the opposite party had to say.  If Obama keeps talking down Limbaugh, FoxNews, Hannity, and other conservative pundits and outlets then he needs to really learn what it takes to be Presidential!  If people thought that President Bush was partisan, then I wonder what they think about President Obama?  Obama in his first week has been more partisan and devisive than Bush was in the last eight years!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny how the MSM seemed to "forget" to mention that Richardson was a DEMOCRATIC Governor and not a Republican.  The same thing happened to Governor Blago, McGreevy, and Spitzer(let's not forget Gray Davis).  Does the MSM really think that by omitting this one important letter that the American people are fooled by which party they really belong do?  YOU BETCHA they do.  No wonder that the majority of the American people who voted for Barrack Obama thought the REPUBLICANS still controlled Congress (see www.howobamagotelected.com for details).  The MSM has done an extraordinary job this last election cycle of confusing the American people and by totally ignoring the fact that the DEMOCRATIC-controlled Congress recieved even lower approval ratings the enitre two years than did President Bush, yet Bush's party got defeated and the Democrats got re-elected!   Any normal, logical thinking person would assume that given all the facts on this matter, that the Congress should have switched parties as well as the White House.  NOT SO!  The new age media - cable (FoxNEws), talk radio, blogs - need to start making this info public and get the word out!  The MSM has controlled what happens in the country for far too long.  The Republicans were held accountable in 2006 and 2008 for their misbehavior (acting like Democrats) and deserved to be kicked out (some of them anyway, some were outed purely for having an (R) in their title).  We need to start to take this country back from the left and do everything (peacefulkly and patriotically) as we can to bring this country back to center - right, right where it belongs!

What is the New York Times doing now??  They have what they want - a Democratic White House and Congress - now they want to make sure that President Bush goes down as the worst President ever.  Sunday, they come out with a 5000 word article on how Bush is solely responsible for the current housing crisis and does not mention Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Barack Obama, or the Community Reinvestment Act of 1999?   The article repeatedly contrasts what the Times has said in the past several years concerning Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the role President Clinton had in the current crisis.  Clinton signed into law the Commodities Futures Modernization Act of 2000 which made banks and mortgage companies able to trade credit defaults without any, I repeat ANY, government oversight.  All this information can be found at www.newsbusters.org and is spelled out exactly what the Times said throughout the past couple years and what it is saying now.  The American people have to have the truth about this, not the hand-picked out of context crap that the New York Times has laid out as truth.  The NY Times is so desperate for readers and sponsors that they believe a hit-piece like this will energize their left base and make them buy their papers and advertise in them.  We must make them pay for their misinformation and get the truth out.  President Bush has done one thing that President Clinton has not done - kept us safe after an attack on our soil or on our interests overseas.  There is no need to bring up the Kobar towers, the USS Cole, Tanzenia, or a handful of other attacks that went against us during the 90's. 

      Not even three weeks after being elected President, Senator Obama (the first biracial person elected President, not African-American) is picking his cabinet full of old Clinton people.  If going back to the 20th century is his way of his moving to a 21st century solution, I do not know what is?   First he picks Rahm Emanuel, an old Bill Clinton advisor.  Then, Eric Holder, Clinton's #2 in the Justice dept who handled both the Mark Rich pardon and Elias Gonzalez case.  Then, Hilary Clinton (rumored) to be his Sec of State.  Add in John Podesta, Bill Richardson, and a few others and we have Bill Clinton's third term!  

      This proves that Barack Obama is, indeed, an empty suit and has no real experience or credentials for himself.  Again, I reiterate that (uninformed) Americans, with a lot of help from the Main Street Media and far left fringe, and over $700 million in cash, have helped elavate Obama to this Messiah image that everyone has put on a pedastal and not the real man himself.  Not one person came out on the campaign trail for Obama as a friend or mentor, not one.  The people we do know who associate with him are people like Bill Ayers, Reverend Wright, Father Flagler, and Luis Farakhan.  Those are his real confidants.  Obama is a typical Chicago-style politican who will do anything, say anything, associate himself with anyone to further his political career.  I hope the American people like the "hope" and "change" that they are seeing right now, becasue it is only going to get worse!  The Democrats did not win the White House and Congress, Republicans lost them!
  
     Now, let's look at the stock market.  Never in a Presidential election year has the market dropped so much since picking a President.  People are scratching their heads saying how can this be with the Messsiah elected?  The answer is the stock market knows the real truth - that if you campaign on raising taxes and capital gains, then no one wants to invest in the market so the government can take more!  Obama also has a vested interest in bailing out the auto industry WITHOUT them making any consessions in labor and pension policies because as with all Democrats, they are beholden to those same unions that financed them and got them elected.  Let's just give them money, not loans, so that in six months they can just ask for more of the same!

     It is now up to the American people, the Main Street media, the internet blogger community, and us in the loyal opposition party to make sure that a President Obama does not take this country too far to the left.  We must not let him stop the war on terror.  We must not let him destroy what we have achieved in Iraq.  We must not let him stop drilling for new oil and natural resources.  We must not let him pick activist judges.  We must not let  him undermine our military and armed forces and cut their budgets.  We must do all of this by using our voices, our computers, and most of all our God-given right to vote all of those who put themselves in front of this country out of office in 2010 and beyond!  Let's give the American people something to vote FOR again, not AGAINST!  And, we must do this peacefully and the correct way.  We must not personally attack the President like the left has done to George Bush, we could respect the office and not the person or policies.  I hope my fellow conservatives and others (liberals and moderates) will STAND UP to a President Obama if he does wrong, but also STAND BEHIND him when he does right.  Let's not divide this country like the Democrats did with hate or contempt for our President.  Let's unite this country with our ideals and beliefs!

The latest news out of the Office of the President-elect (is there really such a thing?) is that to be a part of his government, you have to fill out one big questionnaire.  Some of the things he wants to know are: if you own a gun or have ever used it; if you blog or have a facebook page; he wants to know if you have bad associations, and many other personal stuff.  The ironic thing is that Obama himself would not pass his own vetting process!  He himself has had many bad associations, has had controversial issues with lobbyists and unions himself, and he himself has some bad accounting practices in his own campaign (just ask all those unpaid staffers still looking for their paychecks, not the ones gettign all the cash and blackberries for Christmas).  This is turning out to be the most hypocritical, most unexperienced, most partisan person ever elected (who ever even ran) for the President of the United States!! Don't get me started on how the media is already praising his presidency as the best one ever when it hasn't even began yet!  We will see how open and public his admistration is and how he will learn very quickly that being the President is more than just giving a great speech!

     Michael Steele for RNC chairperson!!!!!!!!!!!!!     This is probably the best thing that could happen for the GOP!  The last two years, this party has given the American people reason not to hire Democrats to lead, but to fire Republicans!  This is still a center-right country and Republican ideals and policies are still the best for this country and to rescue it from an economic downturn and for national security.  Pundits all say that the GOP is a white-man's party and that it is going nowhere if it remains so - well, here is our future!  Minorities like Michael Steele and Bobby Jindal, and with women like Sarah Palin give our party a chance to break the old mold and to reach out to new people.  Our GOP tent has to be big enough to include those GOP moderates, such as Charlie Crist and even the Governator, that although they believe in issues such as climate change, still cling to hard-core traditional beliefs like lower taxes and smaller government.  With the election of Michael Steele as chairman of the RNC, maybe other black conservatives (and some liberals) and even younger people will see conservatism as an alternate ideology to what the liberal left has to offer.  Steele will give them an opportunity to at least look at our party and what it represents!   We still have a long way to go to gain back the trust of the American people, but now that future looks a little brighter.  2010 does not look so far away right now!
